1. What we do

Mighty Andy (operating from London) provides bid and tender readiness support. Work includes intake and review of the materials you send us, structural assessment of your evidence, identification of gaps, and production of readiness outputs — summaries, gap reports, rewrites, and submission-ready drafts depending on the service you've bought.

We do not operate a procurement portal, sign off on tender decisions for you, or guarantee a win. Bid outcomes depend on many factors outside our control.

2. The two services

• Diagnostic · £495. One diagnostic file covering structural assessment of what you sent, top gaps, and a clear readiness verdict. Delivered within 24 hours of upload. Includes 24 hours of follow-up questions after delivery.
• Readiness Build · £1,950. A 30-day active case. First delivery within 72 hours of upload. Includes gap closure, rewrites, structured evidence outputs, and submission-ready drafts across the case window.

3. Upgrading from Diagnostic to Readiness Build

If you bought a Diagnostic and decide you need the full Readiness Build, you have 7 days from the delivery of your Diagnostic file to upgrade. The upgrade fee is £1,500 (so total paid: £1,995). After 7 days, the upgrade window closes and a Readiness Build is ordered fresh at the standard £1,950 price.

Ordering Readiness Build directly (without a prior Diagnostic) is slightly better value and is the right choice if you already know you need the full build.

4. Payment

All services are paid in full upfront before work begins. Prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable. Invoices are available on request.

5. Turnaround and the case clock

The clock starts once we have received your upload and confirmed receipt. A Diagnostic is delivered within 24 hours from that point. A Readiness Build has a first delivery within 72 hours and runs as an active case for 30 days from that first delivery.

If you send materials that are materially incomplete, we will flag this and — if necessary — pause the clock while we wait on what's missing. We will always tell you when the clock is paused.

6. What you own, what we keep

You own your source material. You own the work we produce for you on paid services, once paid in full. Mighty Andy retains the right to use anonymised, non-identifying patterns and learnings from work across clients to improve our own services.

7. Confidentiality

We treat uploaded material as confidential by default. We do not share client files with third parties. Access is limited to the person running your case and any infrastructure strictly required to run it.

8. Retention and deletion

See the privacy page for how long uploaded files are kept and how to request deletion. In short: Diagnostic files are retained for 7 days after delivery, Readiness Build files for 30 days after the case ends, and we delete on request at any time.

9. Refunds

Because work begins immediately on receipt of materials, a Diagnostic is non-refundable once we have acknowledged your upload. For a Readiness Build, if we have not yet started structural review you can cancel for a full refund. Once structural review has started, partial refunds are at our discretion and in good faith.

10. Final submission responsibility

Everything we produce is to make you submission-ready. Actually submitting a tender — including sign-off, pricing, accuracy of claims, and formal submission via whichever portal — is your responsibility as the client.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service evolves. Changes apply to new cases from the date of update and do not retroactively change the terms of work already in progress.
